RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Returns



  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.



2. Refunds



  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt.
  • We do not offer store credit in place of refunds.




3. Return Instructions


To initiate a return, please email tybyers@misolrise.com with:


  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the item (if applicable)



We’ll provide a return shipping address and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.



4. Right of Withdrawal (EU customers)



If you reside in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. Contact us at tybyers@misolrise.com to request a withdrawal form.
